I am starting a youtube channel

Few days ago, I have decided to start a youtube channel. Throughout my AI journey up until today, I have been highly inspired by some people making great videos on youtube and they helped me to learn a lot. To name a few: Andrej Karpathy, Nathan Lambert, Julia Turc or Umar Jamil are great examples of people whose content is of great interest to me.

Very recently I have started following Matt Gwilliam. I never really used to watch live streams, but I have found myself enjoying his streams a lot. His main concept is basically to have a weekly live on sundays where he would go over papers that came out during the week as well as any suggestion his audience would have on the spot. He is easy going and it’s nice to be able to talk with him and ask some questions along the way. He also has some nice videos on research topics. While watching his videos I just realised that recording such content doesn’t require much more than just a simple computer. No need for complicated video editing or anything, just one shot recording and done. That motivated me to kick off a channel.

I don’t pretend being knowledgable enough to create content as good as the people I have mentioned, but I thought I could still contribute at my level to help people on the few things I know and also create a space where I could learn with people. I do not know exactly what the content will exactly look like in the long run, but so far I have settled on this format: some videos on specific topics I have in mind where I have some knowledge to share and live streams which would be a space to learn and build together (coding, reading some blog posts / papers together). I already have two such videos but I didn’t started streaming yet, even though I have a great project in mind for that matter! (coming soon!)

My goal is really just to share and learn with people and help the best way that I can. I hope you will enjoy my content. See you there!
